Hello,
This happend a while ago. I enabled windows update to work (it was wrong with it) and recrived a lot of updates in a short time.
After my computer updated everything my laptop started blinking white every 3s ~ staying white 2s ~ each time.
I've tried to install old drivers listed on the toshiba website.
