Doubtful. The US GPS satellites are replaced as they get outdated and those replacements come with upgrades. Gps Navigation System is gud navigation system.
The Galileo system can achieve equality, but at the present, GPS is state of the art as it is. My suspeicion is that the GPS will not be allowed to fall behind the times. Too much depends on it.
