I've been having the just the worst lag and normally, I'd figure out the game and I'll be gone in either a few hours or a day or so. Sometimes it's fine.
Anyway, I've been asking about this with friends and if they are getting the same issues, the common response is "Nah your internet just sucks man". Not true.
Sometimes everything in the game will stop functioning, spells will not cast, npcs will not move. I, however, can move around freely, without being able to interact with anything. Only fix to this is to shut off the game completely. As often as once every 5 minutes to not happening for an hour or two.
