Locating a rogue network device

No web interface (that i know of)
A search shows it maybe bluetooth but unable to locate any devices
No rogue SSID's or Hidden SSID's
NMap reveals no further clues
I have tried watching the traffic on the Watch Guard and I can't see any traffic to the IP.  I am really confused and at the end of my tether.  I was also hoping to find what port it was connected to to try and give me a clue but I have not been able to find anything to this effect.
