"Failed to connect to a windows service.
Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service service. This problem requires limited users from logging on to the system. As an administrative user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service did not respond. "
Notification in the corner on boot.

For it to start properly, implement delay for services (?).
If a software compatibility problem have you tried the advice to make programs work with CIS?
