I was picked up a Prize Ticket out of a minion reward box and can not seem to find where to spend it in the store. It's NOT the event Prize Ticket from the carnival, it's an orange-quality currency that looks like a disk with a star on it that shows in the "Store" section of the currency window. The mouse over says "Used to purchase goods from the special rewards section of the store." As far as I can tell, that section does not actually exist, and I have not found anything.
