I have not seen it mentioned anywhere. I got on an altitude with 2075 h and was getting attacks dodged very often (> 75% of the time).


Wonder if this is intended.
2200 Hit will limit a large number of players who still havent been lucky enough to get hit gear off TD.


Also, the Quest gear from the VP only goes upto 2000 hit.
