Problem with "ghost" on lcd tv with satilite connection

Hello,


I have a Philips lcd hd ready tv, which is hooked up to
dishnetwork satellite programing. There is to be something else running behind the screen. It is in black and white and looks like a negative, rather than a picture. It rolls horizontally and appears to be seen through window panes. Any idea what this could be? Is the problem in the tv or satellite reception? Please advise.
